Weekly therapeutic and heartfelt somatic yoga classes in Nottingham to support your mental health and wellbeing.

This is a gentle, somatic stress-relieving yoga class with slow embodied movement, breathwork, somatic practices, and deep relaxation.

Explore practices to deeply rest and rejuvenate

This class takes a trauma-informed approach and is mental health aware. The session is invitational and focuses on how things feel, over how they look; your diversity and choices are celebrated here. Every body is welcome. No experience needed.

There are spare mats available if needed.

Somatic Slow Flow

This trauma-informed online class offers a dreamy combination of somatic practices, therapeutic slow, flowing, and releasing movement, and deep relaxation.

A compassionate space to drop into your body, feel, process, release, and rest.

These practices are supportive for anyone looking to relieve stress and anxiety, to prevent burnout, and create space for their bodies systems to replenish and heal.

This class is held with the Breath Body Earth Online Studio.
