✺ Somatic and vagal toning practices, to support you to soothe your nervous system and ease into your body
✺ Gentle therapeutic yoga, to release tension, awaken a healthy flow of energy, and restore
✺ Guided relaxation to support you, to enter deeper levels of peace and ease
✺ Hot drinks & homemade soup
✺ Time to indulge in the spa facilities, including sauna, hot tub & swim spa pool
Therapeutic Yoga - This class will support you to cultivate safety, regulate your nervous system and enter into a state of rest and digest; creating space for your body’s frazzled systems to heal, whilst soothing a busy mind.
Stunning spa facilities - Soothe tight muscles, delight in the delicious, and regain your glow from the inside out.
Soak up this time in nurturing company and community. If you’re feeling more introverted, there are also spaces to relax and enjoy solitude; perhaps soaking up your tranquil surroundings, pulling an oracle card, or getting cosy with a book.
Trauma-informed, body-positive, and mental health aware. This is a women's retreat. Our practices will be accessible for women of all ages and abilities. No experience of yoga/meditation needed.

Although some women join with a friend or family member, over half of the women joining, usually join theses mini retreats alone. So if you’re thinking of joining alone, you will be in good company, surrounded by like minded women, who are probably attending for similar reasons to you.
These retreats are the perfect space to connect, meet new people and build community. Equally, they also allow space for solitude, if you’re feeling a little more introverted and are simply needing some time for yourself.

There is no experience of yoga, or sound healing needed for these retreats. The practices are gentle, accessible and can be adapted to all bodies. SImply show up and you will be held and guided every step of the way.
