A day full of nourishment just for y o u
Connect to the sacred rhythms and wisdom of your body and the earth. Gently nurture and awaken all that is ready to come to life within you.
Be completely held and guided through practices for deep rest and replenishment; the perfect balance of yin and yang.
Expect a day of medicine for your nervous system and reconnection to your inner cycles, as we move towards the spring equinox.
This day retreat includes:

The offerings take a trauma-informed approach and are mental health aware. All aspects of the day are invitational and intend to be as inclusive and accessible as possible. No experience of yoga, dance, or embodiment etc needed.
